They take pride in their products and services. But this is not reflected on their websites at all—because they can only express within the framework of existing tools. BoltSite is an ultra-fast website creation service using the Astro framework, but what I truly value is bringing out 'that company's essence.' In website creation meetings, I listen intently to business owners. 'Why did you start this business?' 'What feelings do you have when creating products?' Then, I interpret the unspoken feelings behind those words and translate them into design and copy.
